3 Litre Pony Cylinder

A 3 Litre Cylinder make the perfect pony bottle as their long, thin dimensions ensure that they do not protrude far from your main cylinder. Made from steel the 3 Litre Vitkovice Cylinder is more than capable of standing the test of time and allows you to remove a small amount of weight from your belt even when the cylinder is empty. A basic DIN/A-Clamp convertible valve is included as standard allowing different regulator configurations to be used in a moments notice. The MDE valve fitted to the cylinder is extremely smooth and made to a very high standard, the long soft valve knob is very easy to operate should you need to close the cylinder in a moments notice. Rated to 232 bar a 3 Litre Tank is capable of making a small oxygen decompression bottle if you only have a limited number of stops, very useful if trying to do a number of dives in one day and you would like to maximise bottom time. Pony Cylinders can be useful in an emergency but adequate planning must be applied to ensure that you are carrying enough air to correctly manage the ascent.
