Some of these centenary vines come from selected vineyards owned by grape growers who have worked with the winery from its beginnings. The winery team thoroughly monitors every stage of the winemaking process. It is this close collaboration with the grape growers that provide the traditions and customs handed down over the years have led Celler Vall Llach to identify this wine with the effort and uniqueness involved in cultivating these lands. Idus is truly a “terroir” driven wine.
